During Fall Family Weekend the Parents' Association host several wonderful social events, including the wine reception, dinner & desert reception , auctions and the 2nd annual 100 Club Raffle!
The generosity and dedication of parents, faculty, staff, alumni and the surrounding communities are evident. It is truly amazing to see and even more fun to participate. The auctions raise funds which are strategically distributed across the school's wide range of programs and needs.

Sign In - In order to visit secure areas of this website, you'll be prompted to enter your "Last Name" and "Password".  If you don't have an existing record or password, you'll have an opportunity to create one.
 
Donate an Item Online - Click the Donate Item link and complete the form online or download the paper version of the Donation Form to submit to the auction committee. The deadline to donate online is Thursday September 30, 2010.
 
Browse the Online Catalog - Click the category names on the left side menu to view items currently in the online catalog. From the individual category pages, click the name or image of nay item to view further details. Keep track of your favorite items by adding them to your personal "Wish List".
 
Online Bidding - come back Friday, October 1, 2010 to view items eligible for the online auction. Online bidding will close by category on October 11, 2010. For more information on how to bid online click here.
 
2nd ANNUAL "100 Club" Raffle - Every ticket is a winner! You won't want to miss this fun event! Contact us at auction@s-sm.org for more information. 
 
On-Campus Event Information - Items not sold during the online auction will be sold at the Silent and Live Auctions during Fall Family Weekend, October 15-17, 2010.
